Step 1: Go to My Account > My Submitted Applications.
Step 2: Check the status of the applications. The status of the application may vary and you might need to take action on the applications for status like ‘Resubmission Required’ or ‘Clarification Required’. Once you take the required action on such applications and submit again, the status would change to ‘Resubmission Complete’ and ‘Clarification Complete’. It would be then processed by the Department.
Step 3: You can also expand and view audit trail using icon before eBiz Reference Number of the application.
Click on “View Comments” under comments in audit trail to view detailed comments.
Step 4: Click on eBiz Reference number to view details of submitted application.
Step 5: Click on Click here to view Status History to view the audit trail of submitted application.
Step 6: Click on View More button to view comments of submitted application.
Step 7: Click on Close button to close the window.
